This is a no-nonsense, straight-talking, yet supportive, results-focused, evidence-based mindset training programme that teaches you the mental and emotional skills that will enable you to take control of your mental health, take control of your life and become the best version of yourself.

The uncomfortable feelings of depression, anxiety, fear, sadness, anger, etc., are the real reason why people seek help – why is this?

If we don’t feel uncomfortable, we don’t have a problem.

We have been led to believe that our feelings and emotions ‘happen’ to us, e.g. the weather is making me miserable, you are making me angry, public speaking makes me feel anxious, etc.

The term’ panic attack’ implies that something is ‘making’ you feel the way you do. This makes whatever it is you ‘think’ is making you feel the way you do something you will now need to either try to control or avoid, or take drugs, or drink alcohol, or comfort eat or gamble, etc., in an attempt to manage your uncomfortable feelings and emotions.

I will teach you how situations, events, other people and ‘things’ DO NOT make us feel the way we do. If they did, then we would all have the same fears and phobias and get anxious over the same things – and you and I both know that we don’t.

This is because we all have our very own unique ways of thinking / looking at life. This is why we all have different perceptions of situations, events, things, people, and everything, and this is what gives each of us our own perspective and experience of life.

How we think about life makes us feel and behave/react the way we do – beauty isn’t the only thing that’s in the eye of the beholder.

Just thinking an embarrassing thought is enough to cause blushing, perspiration, palpitations, a trip to the toilet, etc. This is the mind and body connection, the cycle of thoughts, feelings, and reactions in action.

Here are some of the mental/emotional symptoms of this cycle;

  • Phobias
  • Anxiety
  • I.B.S. (irritable bowel syndrome)
  • Panic attacks.
  • Weight issues.
  • Addictions
  • Emetophobia (fear of being sick/vomit)
  • Sexual problems (erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, vaginismus etc.)
  • Emotional problems
  • Anorexia and bulimia
  • And many, many more…

Here are some of the obsessive-compulsive things we use as a crutch and abuse to make ourselves feel better, such as

  • Alcohol and drug dependency
  • Overeating
  • O.C.D.
  • Pornography
  • Gambling
  • Fetishes
  • Shopping
  • Cleaning
  • And many more…

The current model for mental health care is seriously flawed!

The traditional model of ‘only’ treating the symptoms of poor mental health whilst not addressing the causes is simply outdated and failing!

Once you learn how to manage your thoughts, feelings and reactions, the cycle effectively is 90% of the solution to your issues because it means you can ‘nip it in the bud’ before it becomes all-consuming.

However, this is the 90% missing from the other treatments, self-help books, positive thinking, N.L.P. or C.B.T. techniques, or whatever other ‘coping skills’ you may have tried so far.

Having techniques/coping skills is better than nothing, but at best, they will only ever be 10% of the solution.

Whilst yes, using a technique when you’re experiencing a full-blown panic attack is helpful, it will still take a lot out of you. Whereas understanding how you create your panic and anxiety gives you the power and control to prevent it from happening in the first place – it’s the difference between fire prevention and fire-fighting.

Learning how to take control of how you think, feel and react to life is the mindset/skill set that I will teach you.

You will learn all the mental and emotional skills that will enable you to control how you think, feel and react to life, supercharge your self-esteem and confidence, feel more powerful and in control, robust, resilient, resourceful and confident. So, you will be less prone to stress, anxiety, or depression, find it easier to resist social pressures, take more responsibility for both your mental and physical health, and live a more positive and active lifestyle as the very best version of YOU!

Call or message me on +44 7854877882 and book your free 1 to 1 Zoom Discovery consultation, and we will have a proper chat about how you can learn to Thrive, too.
